People are living longer than ever before. This simple fact has created a large new group who are over 55 and who wish to select the best way in which to plan for their retirement or to actually retire - with security and peace of mind. The principle of Continuing Care is to enable people to continue to live in their own home as long as they wish - with the support of optional care services and facilities provided by Inchmarlo House.
Within the beautiful 100 acre estate surrounding Inchmarlo House, we have built 148 houses and apartments in six distinct developments so you can purchase various
styles of homes, from one bedroom apartments to four bedroom detached houses. All these homes come under the umbrella of sheltered housing and are available to all those over 55 years of age, or younger if health conditions warrant such housing needs.
There is usually a variety of homes for sale at any time, from around £70,000 to £300,000, and prospective purchasers should contact the Sales Office for details of current availability. If none are suitable, we will be delighted to keep your requirements on our database and inform you when the right properties become available.
Please note that since these homes have already been sold by the company, the transaction will be handled by an
independent estate agent on behalf of the previous owner.
